This print illustrates the Penrose Triangle. Originally devised by the Swedish artist Oscar Reutersvärd in 1934, it was later independently devised and popularised by the British mathematician Roger Penrose. It is an impossible object - an object that cannot exist in ordinary Euclidian three dimensional space.
This maths-themed graphic poster is very popular with kids and adults alike, and is easily displayed in a standard 700 x 500mm frame.
All Atomic Printworks posters and prints are rolled, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and then packaged in a rigid poster tube.
