In a nutshell, if you wish to return an order to us, you must let us know either by e-mail or post within seven working days of the delivery of your order. Different rules apply where you are returning the Product due to a fault or if they are not as described and your statutory rights are not affected. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further details.

You must return the products to us as soon as is practically possible. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. We advise that you return any Products using a reputable carrier (such as Royal Mail or FedEx) which insures you for the value of that Product and which guarantees delivery. Please retain your postage receipt until we have acknowledged safe receipt of your returned item.

You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Products and any applicable delivery charges you paid for.

Please ensure that the Products are in the same condition as they were when you received them from us, with all labels attached. Individual item packaging are considered to be part of the Product and you must return any such packaging in its original condition. If the Products are not returned to us in an good and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, your right to a full refund may be affected.
